SF 6.2.6.7 will not download certain movies on Netflix

Some movies on Netflix (I could not find out why) cannot be downloaded using SF 6.2.6.7.
It seems as if SF fails to select a video resolution, as the resolution/qualitiy selection option stay BLANK.
When I try to download the movie, SF ends up with an error 210. I encountered this problem also with previous versions of SF. Apparently, this has not been fixed up to now…..?
Any ideas?

Then you are obviously trying to download something that does not exist.
Mostly H265, even though it is not offered - so try again with H264 or AV1

For example “22 Jump Street” - It’s a Sony - info

Since mid Oct 2023 NF only offers 540p for Sony and Universal Movies, if Widevine
Software Decryption is used. Better quality is only with Hardware Decryption.

sometimes, it’s very easy to resolve issues if you know “how-to”.
Selecting H264 instead of H265 did the job. 😀

BTW: “22 Jump street” did download as a 1080p, although from SONY….(?) I would have expected 540p.
