Saving Credit Card info...

I went to renew my FAB365 annual subscription and was presented with the following upon checkout:

“By providing your card information, you allow NISSHINTOKIN to charge your card for future payments in accordance with their terms.”

I have had DVDFab products since 2011. I have ordered various products and never seen this before. It seems to indicate that they will store your credit card info? I can’t find any further info on their ‘terms’. I never let my credit card info be stored in any online store. Anyone know what this actually means, have a problem with this, or know of a workaround to simply pay and forget? Thank you for your time, Jerry.

The FAB365 is yearly charge so they would need the charge card info to charge again in a year.
I think if you cancel it will remove the info, or it also has an option to change it which will take you to the stripe official website.
Canceling it would still give you the full year, but make it harder to renew once it expires.

Stan001, thank you for your reply. I realize FAB365 is for a year of use but in the past it has simply been a ‘renewal’ that you pay annually on demand. Now it seems to be a ‘subscription’ for which they want to store your financial info. As, or if, this is the case I will unfortunately have to opt out of continuing to use their product.
