Black screen on Disney +

Hello All - I am using StremFab 7 on a Windows 11 PC and I can only see a black screen on the Disney + site. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to correct this issue?

try clearing your cookies & cache, restart streamfab and retry disney+ again

I personally never saw this ..
.. but if you click on Disney+ you can see:

disney+ no longer loading

Thank you for the reply. I have tried the refresh button and the Disney +link, but the screen comes back black each time.

Actually, I just linked to the existing topic,
and it’s about connection problems and a D+ (not SF) issue.

Yes, my bad. After I replied I realized your message included a link. If I use a VPN I get this white screen:

I was still under the impression that it was an SF issue, as I could access and watch videos using my browser, but I tried my browser one more time and I now have the same issue when I use it.

ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED happens when the VPN server is known/blocked ..
.. I get that quite often too, but then I try one or two other
VPN servers and everything works fine.

My top 3 (SurfShark/NordVPN/Windscribe) never let me down with D+.
