It’s not just eyesight, I’m running a 15″ lappy at 4K with 100% scaling (yup, I like desktop real estate and can read stuff alright at na arm’s length) but the icons are too packed (there’s too much going on in them) to work out what they mean, and no tooltips seem to appear, which is a double whammy!
