Download pop-up won't appear

Hi,
When I navigate to the video page, copy the url with “monitor clipboard content” enabled, or paste the url into the “Paste URL” box in the Downloads section, the download pop-up with container/bitrate/subtitle options will not appear. When I first started using it yesterday, SF would analyze the video contents intermittently (though that seemed pretty random), and occasionally, it would follow up with the download pop-up. But now the pop-up has stopped entirely. How do I fix this issue?

Why are you or why would you copy and paste videos URL.
When in the video service through streamfab it will auto-detect videos and the download window will pop up.

That is the issue. The download window is not popping up when I navigate to the video service. So I am trying everything I can think of to make it pop up manually.

So my question is, what could be preventing it from popping up?

I don’t know.
I can give example of Amazon, for movies when going to Amazon I first see this

I click on one of the movies I see and quickly analyzing comes up and then a download window.

Some services are more involved, like Netflix.
First I see:

Then hover over one with mouse and see:

Put the mouse at here and click, and it will start to analyze, and then download window will pop up.

If not working, then maybe try uninstalling and install again?
Or try clear temp folder through streamfab settings.
