DVD Ripper and using MP4.AI.Upscaler

Trying to rip the first video on a DVD ISO file and outputting to an upscaled MP4 file I keep getting the error:
Process failed due to the CUDA GPU hardware acceleration initiation failure
DVDFab switched CPU to convert again.

However, it just fails to convert with the status stating ‘Failed’

I have an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 with 12GB RAM and an Intel 13th Gen Core i7 CPU so there should not be an issue with my system.

UPDATE: Instead of selecting the ISO file to convert. I first mounted it as a virtual disc and now it seems to be converting. Strange?

Mona Apologies, have only just seen your message. I don’t know if the recent DVDFab update has cured the problem but upscaling directly from a DVD ISO file is now working. I don’t have to mount the ISO file in a virtual drive as I did before. Thank you.
