spud Ive been trying to download Star Trek Enterprise and have English selected as the language. What I get when the files completed, they are either in Spanish or French audio. The only other option is Dolby for a language, and if that is selected it fails the download. Is there any way to fix this so that i can have English downloaded for the episodes?

spud Germania my apologies. Country is USA. The episodes in question seems to be mostly season 4. Current one im having issues with is s04e18.

spud Germania thank you for checking. Is there a way i can make and submit a log or something to help resolve this? I also went into settings and tried switching language from default UI to English. And that did not work either. I have also tried multiple computers, multiple times and get the same results.
Germania spud submit a log or something to help resolve this? After trying again in SF, you can go to “My Account” and “Feedback” This should automatically send your log to SF. Even though I don’t have high hopes of discovering anything in it, you could also post your StreamFab.log here (for comparison).
