MUBI downloads are failing with error 702 during either processing or remuxing (it alternates). I'm getting a ton of DrmCrash files when it happens. Tried 6.2.6.2 and 7.0.0.0. Same problem in both versions. "Remux Into File" is the problem in your log .. .. so I tried with "Extract to SRT File" and works fine ![fuxM8hu.md.jpg](https://iili.io/fuxM8hu.md.jpg) ![fuxXDQe.jpg](https://iili.io/fuxXDQe.jpg) If you need you can merge mp4 + srt files into mkv file with MKVtoolNix. (I will try later with remux into file - currently I am doing a full Win backup)

For the hell of it, I just tried 1080p in MP4 format with only the English subs and it still failed with the same error.

To confirm: I just finally had time to try ripping again with “remux into file” disabled and that was, in fact, the issue. It ripped fine this time. In 4K, even.

More info:

I think I know what happened. MUBI’s subtitles are in XML format. Even when they’re “converted” to SRT by StreamFab and the tools it uses, they’re literally just the raw XML renamed .srt. MKVToolNix doesn’t recognize them as valid subtitles when I try to add them to a mux.

Pretty sure this is why it’s erroring out.

EDIT: Subtitle Edit can read and convert them to “proper” SRT.

Forgive me if I’m missing something obvious but may I ask how you are able to download from mubi? I log into mubi and I go to the link shown above - AliEN0089 - and start playing the movie it does not start analyzing. When I click on the circle in the lower right I get a message that there are no supported videos. Is there another approach I need to take to be able to do this? I am licensed for the MPD downloader. I am running Streamfab 7. Thanks much for any help or suggestions.
