Streamfab Freezing

Can defective VideoCruise files cause streamfab to freeze? When Streamfab froze on me recently I used Ashampoo to remove all Streamfab files. I removed all Streamfab log and temp files. After the uninstall I found that I had defective VideoCruise files and I uninstalled that as well. Still Streamfab freezes. I also used DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and
sfc /scannow. and found no integrity violations.
Any ideas anybody?
At one point I was told - Thank you for your feedback. The issue has been identified, and our developer is actively working on a solution. We appreciate your patience while we resolve it. That was almost 2 weeks ago and when version 7 came out they closed my ticket. I had to reopen the ticket, gave them all of the usual files and screenshots.
They said the same thing about 540p on Paramount+ and we know how long that has been.

I see it’s a Unifab product, which has some connection to DVDFAB, so you wonder why it would interfere.
But at the same time we all know they do little testing.

Freezing can be many things and hard to locate the cause. If SF were to crash, then you could check the PC crash logs.
I have not seen SF freeze in using it, but it may depend on provider and if it’s 1080p or 4K, you’re downloading.
