Netflix not finding downloads while analyzing

What are the best practices for getting StreamFab to work when it won’t find any downloads while analyzing a title?

I’ve been trying to get one episode for the past hour or so and the “analyzing” animation just spins and spins.

I’ve tried restarting the program, I’ve tried with and without a VPN, I’ve tried playing the title in various parts, I’ve tried going forward and back again to trigger the analyze process anew, but nothing is working.

I’m a fairly new user and had been using version 6.x and never had any problems. Since upgrading to 7.0.0.0 I’ve had this issue a few times now.

I checked Netflix and things I tried, a download window will show.

Might be a problem with the show?

You would need to say what show, as well as the episode, and consider adding a log as well.

The show is Dinner Time Live with David Chang.

I found my log folder. These are its contents:

Which one and where do I submit to the tech team?

You can attach a log here in forum or go into streamfab and submit feedback which will send the log(s) to streamfab.

I can’t test all 3 seasons, too many to test, if you told me one or 2 episodes from one season that have issues I could test, as soon as I have time, and see if it’s the episodes or streamfab or something else.
Or if I am not around, possibly someone else could help and maybe test.

Ok, that episode was just livestreamed Tuesday.
Yes, this is Wednesday night, but you may have to wait another day or so to download it.

I keep seeing doesn’t support livestreaming.
So see if you can wait a day or more and try again.
May also encounter it each week, having to wait a few days after the live show.

If this is unusual, and has not happened before, then it’s something with Netflix.
As I can’t get it either because of the errors.

Streamfab and Netflix has had issues in the past with shows like live weekly WWE Raw events.

Good to see it’s already ready to download.
I was hoping to try later, if I had time, but no need to now.

I just took a guess at how long.
So sometime after I tested and before you tested it started to work.

I just have flashbacks still to the Monday Night WWE Raw live events, it took time after live broadcast, till they could be downloaded.

Considered answered as live programs can take extra time before SF will download.
