Wrong Audio Track

Having an issue with Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles S2E10. It will only download the audio description track. I’ve tried switching the default track that was selected and even changing the video codec. No matter what it always pull the track with descriptions.

Looks like it’s only available to rent/buy on Amazon
or with Paramount+ Channel – but not included anywhere in Prime.

Therefore, I cannot personally test it and cannot
say anything without your StreamFab.log file.

I was hoping that a tester would be found ..
.. because so many US users switched to Prime Channel because of the P+ 540p limit.

There is no (Audio related) Error in Log, only missing en Subtitle.

I tried the mpd in your Log and it offer 4x audio_en-US_4=640000

So I dl all and like the mpd all have no AD label - all show “English (US)”
(I can’t hear anything, because without access I can’t get key to decrypt)

As a result, I can’t really say whether SF is using the wrong audio
or whether the error lies with Amazon
(which would be likely if only one episode is affected).

btw: I also don’t understand why Amazon lists January 4, 2026 for s02e10

I did try and download both audio tracks but they were the same. When i stream the episode it works as expected.

I tested it on Paramount module and it worked fine with and without audio description, so it must be Amazon problem.
