Missing first 2-3 seconds of the beginning of videos

I am using the trial, trying to record, and it looks like it’s missing the 1st 2-3 seconds.
Is this going to be fixed?

looks like only mp4 at normal speed records properly.

which makes MKV and 1.5,2,3,4,5 speed useless.

please fix.
