Is the StreamFab Support/Ticket System offline?

I’ve been unable to view/respond to any ticket feedback from StreamFab for a couple of weeks now. Anyone else have issues with the support/ticket system?

From Member login > Get Support I get this error: web-service.aiportrait.online sent an invalid response.

And using the direct link given to me in email from StreamFab support about a ticket I opened, I get this error: Network error, please check your Internet connection and try again.

I tried in Chrome and Edge on a PC, in Chrome and Edge on an Android phone and Chromebooks, in incognito/private mode on multiple devices, and even after disabling ad blocks, etc., but I can’t view any of the support pages.

I have no issues with any other StreamFab pages at the member site, nor with any other sites, just with the pages related to the ticket/support system…

I remember someone reported this happened in the past, I don’t remember what the fix was.
I think it was a website outage. Not sure why it would be down for weeks, though.

I tried via https://streamfab.com/member.htm?a=get_support, and it worked ok. You could maybe try via https://www.dvdfab.cn/member.htm?a=get_support. Although if they responded via https://streamfab.com/member.htm?a=get_support setup, using https://www.dvdfab.cn/member.htm?a=get_support won’t help.
Even if one were to email them at service@dvdfab.cn they respond to the member center …

Trying different devices and incognito/private, which would eliminate any extension issue, you already tried.
Other than maybe try change DNS on PC, I can’t think of anything.

Stan001 Thanks - I’ll try a different VPN and see if that helps. 👍

The previous error was related to a Cloudfare outage. Doubt that is happening now.

I didn’t have a lot of time to try changing DNS last night, but I hit on a “simple” solution: I turned off WiFi on my phone so it only use my phone provider data and then used the phone as a hotspot for my laptop. The laptop was able to see the support pages using my phone data provider! So it’s my home ISP DNS that’s preventing just these support pages from displaying. I’ll play around with DNS changes more when I have time after the hollidays, but I’m just happy I have a workaround for now.

I do see changing DNS can be an issue.
I have been wanting to talk with my ISP because the modem/router I have is rented from them.
Had to learn long ago buying a modem/router is pointless as if you have an Internet issue they always then blame it on the owned modem/router.
For the rented modem/router, (known as xFi Gateway) I have yet to find a way to change DNS, either in the Admin settings or the separate app the ISP offers.
I have a feeling they don’t want people to change, as they gather info of sites you visit if you use their default DNS servers.
Furthermore, I can, though, change it on my PC and also found an app for Android phone to change DNS.
It’s really crazy.

Locked as it seems to be a local issue not reproducible and not a direct Streamfab issue.
