Streamfab itself should not affect settings on X.
All you can do is check X for all settings.
If you are talking about Streamfab, I don’t think there is much in settings to change the size of anything.
You could search your PC for StreamFab.ini and delete it, this will then reset streamfab settings, when you open it you may need to authorize SF and will need to set up all settings again in Streamfab.
The usual default location is %HOMEPATH%\AppData\Roaming\DVDFab\StreamFab\StreamFab.ini
