Fandango Won't Download

I have TV series that I have purchased from Fandago and Movies as well. The Movies all downloaded, but the TV series fails. Why is this?

Please add your StreamFab.log to check for problems ..

Otherwise, someone else might test it or even have the same problem ..
.. but both of these require that the series be named.

In Log I see only “notAllowed” ..

Can you play the epi in regular Browser?
Have you purchased Bundle with HDX?
If not perhaps only SD purchased? - have tried with SD ?

Yes I can play it in a regular browser.
It was purchased in SD and I have changed from the 1080 to the 720 and it failed still. Is this the way to change to SD or is there another way?

SD = 480p resolution
HD = 720p resolution
HDX = 1080p resolution

Difference between SD and HD

It wont let me go down to 480 in the drop box.

UR_SOTS Interesting… I own some SD stuff from Vudu, and SF downloads that fine, but it’s only available in SD, maybe that’s the discriminating factor?
