Use an offline video compression tool to further compress the video file size and still play on your phone or tablet. Try different formats offered like MP4 vs MKV, use H265 vs H264, don’t include subtitles, and go for only stereo audio vs multichannel.

To start I can’t even see 360 as being watchable.
I had many things at 480, and yeah we get spoiled now with 1080 and 4k, but I too find 480 less watchable now.
And in my attempts to make file size smaller just made the videos more grainy and less watchable.
BTW handbrake, yes for free, works at going from h264 to h265 great, resulting in smaller files.
I got to where i finally took the plunge to get several very large external hd drives and don’t then need to worry about file sizes.

LOL, just ignore this if using phone or mobile device.

Well, 360p is a slight upgrade from VHS. But in general I thought that Disney offered different bitrate streams.

It does. But I think the OP is looking for an ultra light portable copy, not for a TV. Likely to hold many vids on a phone. Could be wrong, but he/she has not followed up, so who knows.
