AI Upscaler Error: DVD to MP4 1080p fails on all discsvery time on all discs

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out because I’m having a consistent issue with the AI UPSCALER in DVDFab 13.

No matter which profile I select, the process stops with an error within the first 30–60 seconds of starting. This happens with every DVD I’ve tried, so it doesn’t seem to be an issue with a specific disc.

My Environment:

OS: Windows 10 Home 64-bit

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Ti

DVDFab Version: 13.0.5.3

Current Driver: NVIDIA Studio Driver 591.44

I am considering switching to the Game Ready Driver to see if it improves stability for AI tasks, but I wanted to check here first.

Has anyone else experienced similar issues? I can provide the log files if needed—please let me know which specific logs would be most helpful.

There is a known issue with the latest NVIDIA Driver version. Please kindly wait for the upcoming version this week, and then update to try again. Thank you.

Thanks a lot for the info.
I tried the beta version you shared, but unfortunately the AI Upscaler is still crashing with an error on my system.
I really appreciate your help.
I’ll wait for the next driver/update and try again.
