It’s been a while since I’ve done this, probably over a year. When I try to perform a full backup, or even copy the main movie of a DVD9 disc to a DVD5 disc the process starts and then immediately ends with the message “process completed successfully” though the disc did not in fact copy. I’m copying to an ISO file on a drive with plenty of room. I’ve tried this with three different discs with the same result. I can copy DVD9 to DVD9 ISO with no issue. What am I doing wrong.
