Analysis of TV series doesn't seem to be working properly

Not sure if its just me, but as of the newest update I can no longer pick episodes or seasons on Amazon. When i press analyze I am only given the first episode only no matter what. Anyone else having this issue?

This is the newest version with US region. Had no issues 2 versions back last time I tried to grab things (Basically the Streamfab 7 main release)

Tried Supernatural and 5 other shows, same issue. Deleted program out, uninstalled it, removed all folders including the temp ones in /user/appdata/etc … Reinstalled, same issue

No issue for me on new fallout season was able to see all season 1 and new episode for season 2

Same issue here. I can now only download movies.

You can see the dialog box spin through the seasons, but after, only one episode (named only be the series name) can be downloaded.

Same issue. US. I had just updated to newest version of 7. So I rolled back to a previous version 6. Still has same issue.

States Analyzing seasons… will only bring up single title downloader. Tried different titles from both Prime and an add-on subscription.v(EDIT: It is only pulling the first episode for me as well even if you start playing a different episode in a browser, copy the url to that specific episode and use it in StreamFab)

All good then. Nothing I can do if its not working even on a fresh install. I get it might be ok for others, but the tool definitely is only single episoding me on every single item. Also was working fine a few days ago, so must be something Amazon is doing then for sure. I’ve tried multiple shows and the same issue.

Guess i’ll have to wait for a fix to take care of this :) Movies grab perfectly fine with 0 issues, it is only all TV.

I am experiencing the same issues.
Everything was working yesterday on v7.0.0.1.
This morning, I upgraded to v7.0.0.2 and was unable to see the season list on the left side of the download dialog and it will only download one episode.
I also see the -1 when it is analyzing the seasons.
I have tried multiple show links, cleared all cache, cleared all temp folders, and rebooted… the normal stuff I would do to fix it when I have an issue.
Nothing has worked.

Weve actually seen this before a few years ago, some config change on amazons site, SF fixed it within a week or so.

Amazon/US here and I also can’t download a season.

I see that Amazon reformatted the display of espisodes within a season : before it was a vertical list of episodes, now itt’s multiple rows of episodes listed horizontally. Likely some behind-the-scenes as well.

Hopefully SF-devs can get this fixed quickly.

It’s likely a layout issue when Amazon changed it, Seasons already in my download list worked fine (6.2.6.7) but adding new ones broke.
Should be an easy fix, unless they did more than just a simple layout change.

Can you check this, as it’s still a possible slow rollout, it still has not hit me or everyone.

For others already getting this, report it to SF, contact form.
Try to include screenshot(s) to them as well as log.

im affected by this in the uk . but when i go to my amazon US account i can get episodes , will report to devs

The temporary solution is as follows.

Log in to a web browser outside of StreamFab.
Select the episode you want to watch.
Copy the link from the screen using the right mouse button.
Paste the link into the browser in SF.
Download the selected episode.

Today when I try and download an Amazon TV series the analysis stage just ends up giving me the first episode of the first season.
I’ve done a full WIN 10 system restore and re-installed Streamfab but to no avail.

Same issue, but I don’t believe it is the new version of StreamFab which has caused this because I was experiencing it in v6263 (I hand’t upgraded until just now.) Amazon India have changed their layout, so I’m sure SF just needs to take this into account in their next release.

At least two days ago, the Amazon downloader started failing to recognise shows with episodes, only downloading single episodes. The well-known workaround of switching off the automatic analysis and doing it manually does not work.
