I know this is not likely a StreamFab issue because on my desktop everything downloads normally. but I usually use my laptop in the evenings in bed to download and organize and for some reason since version 7+ I cannot download a single series or movie from Disney+
Typically, what happens is everything analyzes, then it starts downloading normally, gets to exactly 50% and fails with error 10002. This is specific to my laptop and only since version 7+. (Occasionally I’ll get stuck analyzing forever until restart and sometimes on a fresh install, I’ll initially get some error about not finding mdp/mu38 or something along those lines until I restart it.)
Download speeds look normal, the videos play normally through their app.
I’ve completely uninstalled, deleted temp, logs, all support folders related to DVDFab or StreamFab
Windows 11 with latest updates.
Nvidia GTX 1650 (updated as of Dec 18th)
Network drivers updated, killer network suite not installed
Audio and Bluetooth also updated for the hell of it.
Tried multiple wireless networks (have not tried a wired connection yet)
Only browser on the laptop is Edge, also fully updated.
I’d figure I’d ask to see if anybody was familiar with this particular error, specifically it happening at 50%. I assume its Disney not liking something about this system and connecting through a browser vs the app.
