Joseph Bush Howdy All!! Is it just me, or is anyone else getting tons of “reaad error message” when they try to back up a disc? I swear every other disc lately has this error message…..
Mona Please reconnect the drive through a different USB port and then try again. DVDFab13.log file will be helpful. Please share it with us as well. Thank you.

Mona Joseph Bush You can go to the DVDFab Menu, select Feedback, and the log file will be attached to the Feedback and create a Ticket automatically.
