Pluto issue

All three Back to the Future movies only partially download. Tried 3 times, all 3 times resulted with the same issue.
Have, as recently as yesterday, downloaded other movies and series in without issue.

Wikipedia says the running times are:
Back to the Future: 116 minutes
Back to the Future Part II: 108 minutes
Back to the Future Part III: 118 minutes

Actual downloads from Pluto were:
Back to the Future: 41:40
Back to the Future Part II: 39:16
Back to the Future Part III: 39:49

I can’t detect any pluto url or dl in your log ..
.. I tried only “Back to the Future” in US:

In my first attempt SF dl only 420 (of 2826) segments:

.. but second try dl full:

Then I tried again with your mkv(ffmpeg) setting
and mp4 + mkv are both complete:

So without a (pluto) log, I can’t say more

4th try and all 3 of the .mkv files completely finished. Subtitles still only partially.

No changes other than once again deleting the log before retrying.

Will try again in a day or 3 just to see if the subtitles will fully download. Subtitles downloaded from a couple of subtitle
sites are way out of sync.

I mistakenly locked the other Pluto topic as thought they fixed subs, it’s unlocked now.
~~I don’t know if I will have time to check Pluto via streamfab.~~
I think back now it was Tubi that got fixed for subs as far as streamfab.

ADDED: Checked now subs for Back To The Future 1 stop at 00:17:25,000
Back To The Future 2 subs stop at 00:12:39,801
USA, I checked NOTHING in my logs saying error or why. v7003 tested.
Back To The Future 2 was only file size of 150 MB, length of movie undetermined, that seems to be connected to the Pluto website itself.

Had same issue with the 1955 Bogart film, The Desperate Hours. Ended up with 30 some minutes 4 times and 40 some minutes once. Found and downloaded a 1080p copy at the well known archive website.

Perhaps due Pluto’s system stressed by the Holidays, dunno.

Had same issue with the 1955 Bogart film, The Desperate Hours.

Now I got 49:16 (2×30fps) in first attempt and strange MetaPic info ..

With mkv(ffmpeg) and selected subtitle several mkv files appear (temporarily) in output,
but (as before only for subtitles) there is no merging of the mkv files (video+audio).
So it’s resulting only with part 1 (23:21 for me)

Personally, I find that too tedious/time-consuming
if it only works when you repeat it.

Hopefully, if the issue is on streamfab, the info might help them fix it. I’d open a ticket at streamfab’s support site but I don’t need to be told to try again in the next version…
