I can't download series episodes from Apple TV...

I have tried sending a request from StreamFab > My Account > Feedback, but here the program “freezes” during transmission and I have not received a response from the company.

I have bought many programs from DVDFab and also have StreamFab for downloading movies and series. It works fine with e.g. SkyShowTime, but not with Apple TV.

I have a subscription with Apple, but cannot download any series episodes - e.g. The Morning Show. It starts, but the speed is extremely slow.

With Apple, the download speed is really, really many hours and when it finally reaches the end of a single series episode, it just starts over again and continues like this indefinitely.

I have also tried at night while I am sleeping, but it never finishes.
There is nothing from Apple it can download - absolutely nothing. Elsewhere it works quickly and nicely 😊

What is the problem and how can it be solved ☹ If so?

What many of us do, is skip trying to download on holidays and weekends.
Also, change your default PC DNS to Google and/or Cloudflare vs your default ISP DNS. This really helps with all things on the net these days, not just SF.

As written, I had no problems with others, ex SkyShowtime etc.
I tried for over 2 days, but it couldn’t be done.

Now I’ve tried again and there were no problems, so I think that The Morning Show is so popular that it probably overloads the server periodically, so that’s probably the reason.

Today I tried again and it can’t even load a single episode of a series - while it works everywhere else.
I think that their server is too small and the bandwidth is too low.

With that, I’ll close this post!

EDIT: Oops, I overlooked the fact that I was on another continent via VPN ..
.. as always, (almost my) full speed ahead

yup, people are hammering the Internet at home over the holidays, I’m currently at minimum guaranteed speed on my uplink, which is almost half of my actual uplink capacity
