Earlier this year I bought StreamFasb All in One for nearly $300. Love it except that I’m afraid to use Amazon these days and that I’d lose my business account
Last Saturday I bought For $130 Lifetime new products guarantee for $130
Unbeknownst to me for another $140 included some Japanese programs and Plex Downloader was added (Box was pre slugged) bringing my total up to $269.98
I respectfully put in a ticket and someone named rain copied and pasted a standard rejection letter
I have been a loyal customer and this is how I am treated?
Should I call my bank and put a sto payment on it?
Would StreamFab be retaliatory and take away my original license?
I even pleaded with them that I’d keep the lifetime new products guarantee just credit me back what I did not know i was ordering.
I just don’t know what to do . I am retired on a fixed income and feel scammed
Is there anyone else but “Rain” that could look at this?
I have put in multiple refund requests and they are closed .
I wonder if they will delete this post
