Hey everyone! I’m a first-time user trying out the StreamFab trial. Every time I try to download from play.tv2.dk, I get a 702 error during the processing phase. I’ve searched around but can’t find much info on it. Has anyone else encountered this or knows what might be causing it? I tried downloading DRM demo video from https://bitmovin.com/demos/drm/ and it worked fine. I did look in log and I see what I post below. Not sure, as I don’t use the site.
Might try changing to mkv and see, or try extracting to srt file?

Thanks for the info. I changed the Subtitle Format to “Extract to SRT file.” and it worked
