Mac v7: Loop Bug Unfixed & New Muxing Error 702

Previous Version: Had “Re-download Loops” (100% reset to 0%), but succeeded ₅₀% of the time.
Latest v7.0.0.1: The Loop bug remains, and a new Error 702 (Muxing Failure) appears at the end.
I lowered the resolution/bitrate to the minimum—Still Fails.
I tried switching to MKV (MKVToolNix) format—Still Fails.
Honestly, this software is a huge disappointment. The v7 update not only failed to fix existing bugs but introduced new ones that make the tool completely unusable on Mac.

To help others who don’t use the Mac version, is this just Netflix?

Have you reported it to SF feedback/support?

Maybe a new version of SF for Mac will come soon?

I too have this problem but using the PC version 7.0.0.5

An episode downloads very fast, then it starts again at a much slower speed. It may or may not (mostly will) fail with error code 702. Only happens with NetFlix. Tested with Outer Banks all seasons and Tomb Raider Season 2.

There is another thread where someone suggests this is a subtitle problem. Im not downloading subtitles

Search through community, there are a few different causes of 702 and things to try.

You can try and clear temp folder.
If nothing works, try uninstalling SF and install.
get the latest version from link and install.

If still not working, ATTACH streamfab.log.

I just did the first 5 episodes of Outer Banks season 1 and had no issue.
