Download no longer starts

Adding files to the list works. However, downloads no longer start because it says “analyzing” indefinitely. Does anyone else have this problem and have any advice on how to fix it? Problem occurs in version 7.0.0.5.

V7, they added a clear temp folder option.
The first thing I do after I start SF is use the clear temp folder option.
It seems this has to be done, or I see issues.

I don’t use Discovey+, but it seems SF had some recent history with that site. (https://forum.dvdfab.cn/t/discovery)
One other thing you can try, if clearing the temp folder doesn’t help, is to uninstall SF and download the latest installer and install. Sometimes, just installing one version over another can cause issues.

clear temp folder means to click delate all at the second chapter from the downloads, which ist downloaded or is there anywhere else, where you can delete it?
If it is so, this doesn’t help
tomorrow i will try to delete and download the wohle one again.

thanks, but doesn’t help me out of the problem. Tomorrow will I try the new clear instalation.

Ok, times it helps times it don’t.

You could attach a log here and see if someone can help from there.
Or
Contact SF https://www.dvdfab.cn/contact.htm, and send them a log and description of issue.
At least then you can tell them all things you tried like you cleared temp files, etc…

Helps nothing. And its again also the sport part of discovery, which is doesn’t working for me and maybe others

Since nothing helped, you likely should put in a support ticket with your log file if it does not clear up by today/tomorrow as temporary transient issue.

I asked for a log. They can now go to support, who will demand a log to figure out the issue.
Now it was added, it’s just the sport part of discovery.
I again don’t have Discovery+, but if parts of Discovery+ does download then it’s most likely only support or developer could address, nothing any member here can fix.

Overall not much was reported and there was a fix just in 7004 for Discovery+.

If written it to the support yesterday, so I hope for a fast realase, which helps to clear the problem and for me goes from now, never chance a running system

2 weeks and still nothing done and almost nothing heart from the support. But a new PC and still the same problem 😤
