Amazon Prime video analysis has stopped responding.
This issue has been occurring for a few days, and a forum topic was posted about it, but the discussion was closed without permission, stating that there was no problem. This is an ongoing issue, and needs to be brought to the attention of an admin.

Same Problem today. This morning everything was fine but now, even after restart the App or restart the PC, the Amazon Prime video analysis did not start.

I just started having the same problem. Amazon won’t start analyzing. I tried Fallout S2E3 The Profligate. Tried restarting SF and rebooting with no success. Using SF 7.0.0.4. Updated to 7.0.0.5 and the problem continued. I’m in the US.

Same here, also US. Won’t analyze Brilliant Minds (Peacock subscription), Palm Royale (Apple Subscription), Georgie and Mandy’s First Marriage (Paramount Subscription), etc. All TV programs.
About two hours ago, I was able to download Predator Badlands (MOVIE).

The analysis won’t start.
I’ve tried restarting the app and rebooting my Mac.
I’m using SF 7.0.0.4 for Mac.
I’m in Japan.

Germania: Just FYI. I just tried Fallout and it won’t analyze for me. Decided to try this one because all the ones I listed above were from subscriptions, whereas Fallout is a Prime offering. Vielen Dank.

Could it be that all affected users have the new layout?
(multiple rows of episodes listed horizontally)

and it works for everyone who has the old layout?
(with a vertical list of episodes)

Germania - That could be it, my Amazon worked yesterday but today it is a no go. Multiple shows, multiple services (Paramount, Acorn, BritBox, Amazon main).
I currently have the side-by-side horizontal layout.

Does not even recognise that a download is possible.

Episodes are only used to determine whether the new or old layout is being used ..
– Old or new titles and the country are obviously not decisive -
-> so you are group A or B in the Amazon A/B Test

Also not working for me with Amazon/US with the (new-ish) horizontal layout. I was given this new layout a couple weeks ago and it worked through yesterday, so AMZ changed something behind the scenes again overnight.
