One Amazon Show is not downloading

I am writing this because I have purchased Toot & Puddle for download. Sadly, when it finished analyzing, it showed me blanks. Even downloading the series failed. I don’t know what is causing this issue, and I purchased the show for $15. In addition, I followed instructions from support to clear history, and submitted the log. Since 7.0.0.1 and onwards, it’s been the issue, despite the other shows working just fine. I can show you the picture and the log as well.

Find your temp folder in streamfab settings.
Manually delete all that is found in that folder. Do this with streamfab closed.
This will also make it so that you have to log in again to provider services via streamfab.
Uninstall streamfab and download and install it again.
Always the latest version can be downloaded using this link > https://www.dvdfab.cn/mlink/download.php?g=StreamFab_x64

If, after that, it still does not work, then more likely only support can help.
Or maybe someone else can here?
Since it requires payment, I have no access to try it myself.

Stan001 I followed instructions on what you said, and I have the latest update. Unfortunately, its the same. I did purchase the series a month ago, and I did follow-up my conversation with support since December. They told me recently that they will take it to the developer, and so far no dice.

It can not be fixed by any member, it’s something with streamfab/amazon.
I saw the first one is available free, even though it’s only 47 seconds long.
It will not download for me.

Maybe try not downloading the first one (S1E1) and try the (S1E2) ??

Otherwise, even the log says:

This would have to be taken to support by you.
And no one that I know has any influence in how they handle each issue.
I also checked a few V6 and still get same issue.

Stan001 I tried doing that. It was on the third episode, and when it is analyzing, it always checks the first one. My case is pending at this time, and I let them know the update.

They may fix this issue with the next update this week or so, according to support.

Sorry to hear, wish they would fix things.
I was waiting for a fix to see if I could download the 1st episode, that is offered free.
