Problems since the two most recent updates

Since the most recent two updates I’ve been having problems I’ve never had before. Dvdfab seems to be ignoring my settings. I have BD-25 size set to 22.5GB and BD-50 set to 45.1GB. It will compress when the size is under 22.5 GB, when it don’t need to and it won’t compress when its over 45.1GB like it should. It also starts the copy process when it should not, if the files are under 45.1GB it should start the burn folder directly, it does not. It copys as if it’s compressing but no compression happens. Since it won’t compress at all i have to compress it manually using another software then when burning the disc it fails and shows as a data disc only, unplayable and shows empty unless i open dvdfab then it shows as a data disc. Are discs not finalizing properly? Before the two most recent updates I’ve had zero discs fail, after the two most recent updates I’ve had many discs fail. The discs are unreadable,empty, not finalized or data discs. I haven’t changed any settings so things should work as they did before the updates, right? Last night three discs failed in a row, while trying to burn the same thing. A 43.9GB burn failed three times. The original size was 46.1GB but i had to compress it down using other software since dvdfab won’t compress anymore.

Be sure to use Main Movie mode or Full Disc mode. You can check the size shown on the main window before you press.

If the problem persists, please specify the title and offer us relevant screenshots as well as dvdfab13.log file to look into it.

To burn without the copy process, you can use the Clone/Burn mode. This mode will bypass compression settings.

You may do a clean uninstall of DVDFab to try again. Please submit the log files to us for analysis.
