stehohrhase I can confirm this. With HBO MAX Premium in Germany … once you start analyzing it jumps right to the Login / Profile page.

So I’ve completed my first 10 downloads (1-2 episodes per series) ..
.. and yesterday I already had > 10 in another country with German audio.
Only a new SF restart needed after SF hangs - and one epi in 1st try only ad

i have delete the kids profile and have now only one profil. Then it works .

Nö, auf amazon.de gab es noch nie 4k mit Chrome oder SF ..
.. weder von PrimeVideo noch für irgendwelchen Channels

Achja stimmt… hätte ich eigentlich wissen können. Trotzdem Danke für die Info!
Also wenn man 4K von HBO möchte, braucht man das SF HBO Modul und natürlich das entsprechende HBO Abo.

I certainly won’t pay for both at the same time ..
.. presumably, the bitrate for video + audio
is better on Prime at the same resolution.
However, you won’t be able to get 4K there.

Funktioniert Streamfab auch mit dem günstigsten Tarif? Weil dort keine Downloads möglich sind. Bei den andren Tarifen steht, das 30 bzw. 100 Downloads möglich sind. Nicht das Streanfab dann keine Videos downloaden kann.

Welche durchschnittliche Video-Bitrate bei Filmen und Serien ?

Ich überlege nämlich gerade, ob ich den Amazon Channel buche oder direkt bei HBO Max.

Yes, it takes longer than Amazon or Netflix ..
.. this isn’t just in Germany, but worldwide.

deadsearch And the quality is awful.

H265 bitrates were significantly better a year ago.
Example:
The Undoing.s01e01
Oct 2024: 1280×640 916kbps
Jan 2026: 1280×640 ~ 380kbps | 1920×960 713/1126/1783kbps

Dec 2024: 1280×640 1369kbps
