Andrewjung Since this is your first post, I’ll point out that when you provide absolutely no information about the problem you are having you are basically saying that you are too lazy to help us and want us to do the research for you. For the most part this is a forum where other users assist - there are no technical Employees hanging out, only Wilson Wang who just sends reports of issues to his developers.
Provide logs.
Provide screen shots.
Provide the version of the software you are using.
Provide more than “It doesn’t work. Halp me”
For the record, it also fails to download for me, but I’m getting ready for work so am not going to look at the logs to see what the error was.
