I hit up Paramount+ support, trying to find out what error 131 was. Their response was to update my OS, to turn off all protection to my computer (Firewall, VPN, antivirus, and anti-malware), update my browser, unplug for 60 seconds, and restart my device, do the same with my modem and router, and use incognito mode or private window on my browser. All standard fair, which I had already done, except for the incognito/ private window part. That was pretty interesting to me.
