This issue is due to a recent FANZA change rather than user setup. The missing title, duration, preview, and generic filenames point to a metadata analysis failure. Version 7007 resolves some cases, but newer FANZA titles still fail during analysis. Using MKV output can help temporarily, but a StreamFab update is required for a full fix.

For me, it works if I open it before my other softwares that I use at the same time. It seems that it doesn’t work after I open the other softwares. After opening it before the others, I can open the others and it will continue working.
