Hello,
I have been trying to download a video on IQIYI for a month now and it still doesn’t work. I am a VIP member, but the app only recognizes the audio and not the video. Even with the latest update, the problem remains.
When I try to download, it only shows the option for audio — and even the audio does not actually download. I have tried multiple videos and the issue persists.
Please help resolve this issue as soon as possible.
