The show "Geschichten aus der Gruft" _(engl. Tales from the Cryptkeeper)_ keeps giving me the error "Failure starting download, please contact us for help" after the download is finished. It just fails at processing it seems. I had this issue with this show _(and a few others)_ several months ago and it still doesn't work. What is also confusing is 1 episode is over 12000 segments large which I believe is something over 10GB? @"Germania"#p475431 That's strange because in SF it shows as if the download is completing as usual. I even screen recorded the download of 2 episodes so you can see what's happening in the client. You can fast forward the clip. It's 30 minutes for the 2 episodes. It downloads for 14 minutes which seems reasonable considering the segments/file size and then fails processing after a minute or so. https://gofile.io/d/is9iJK I tried downoading a few different resolution options but without success. No, my annual subscription ended in December
(no renewal as it was used too infrequently)
But I get this offer with free account and it fails because Timeout.

If the download is incomplete, the muxer is completely irrelevant.

Toolnix but I already tried it with ffmpeg for an episode and it still failed. I’ll try MP4 later but I doubt that’s it.
