mp4 will not play

Hello downloaded latest update on Streamfab 7, downloaded Star Trek Discovery from Paramount+ and they will not play on my blue ray player or on my TV, did the same thing with Save the Last dance from pluto. All other before streamfab 7 will play on TV and blue ray player. Any info helpfully.

All mp4 play fine for me.
Maybe try mkv to see if that works?
Or it’s maybe something with Paramount+ as I don’t use that provider.
