Earlier today I couldn’t log into my DVDFab account for a few hours. No clear error message, just repeated login attempts failing even though nothing had changed on my side. Eventually access came back on its own, but during that time I noticed how uneasy it made me about anything tied to saved purchases or payment info.
What made it worse is that I had already been dealing with another unrelated issue where my NBAD bank app wasn’t showing the correct balance earlier in the day. That also resolved later, but having two different systems give unclear or delayed information in the same day really messes with your confidence.
Once I got back into my DVDFab account, everything looked normal, licenses were intact, no strange activity. Still, it leaves you wondering what’s actually happening in the background when access drops without explanation, and whether payment or account data is always as stable as it looks.
I’m not asking for a refund or making a complaint, just trying to understand if these short-term access issues are known and whether there’s anything users should check when they happen, especially if they have saved payment details.
