Lonster I’m seeing this on all of the download since this past weekend. No high resolution downloads are working. Is anyone else noticing this, or is it my setup? Thanks!
Olivierduc I have just tried to download 3 high-resolution albums from Qobuz (Rem - Out of time 24 bits/88.2 kHz; Stromae - Racine carrée 24/44.1; Mozart Requiem - Nikolaus Harnoncourt 24/192): no issue, all fine.
Lonster Thanks, might be my subscription or faulty program use. Will dig deeper. Of note, I don’t see resolution options, as you do with, say Amazon Music. I just see mp4. The download then works, but the resolution is 16/44.1, which is disappointing…
Lonster I checked settings on the account and I should be good to go - with the maximum 24/192 selected and a large cache size chosen.
Lonster I found the issue - user error. I needed to change the format to FLAC and then I saw resolution options. D’oh!!!
