comet91 I do that. But why is the meta information in a different language. All my disc are English. Shouldn’t it be English? I still can’t upload the find when it is in English. That started when you guys switched to the new forms.
Mona Please type “Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace” or “THE PHANTOM_MENACE” in the Title field and then search it again.
comet91 @Mona i have done that. Its the last pic it won’t let me upload or edit. It used to let me until I think you guys switched to the new forms and since it won’t let me edit or upload. i will add this it is the store bought version blu ray not a copy or DVD. This happens for all disc that are retail it wont let me edit or upload the data.
Mona comet91 Don’t click Upload, after you insert the title “THE PHANTOM_MENACE”, click an empty area, then the X button to close the window. The title can be changed. I will remind the developers to prioritize the upload problem.
comet91 i would like to add its not my internet connection because how would i be able to search for the meta information and i did turn off the fire wall.
comet91 @Mona now i have even uninstalled my anti virus protection and it still is doing the same thing.
