chuck I’ve seen this happen after updates as well. In most cases it is caused by the built-in browser not loading properly.
First try restarting DVDFab and your computer, then make sure you are on the latest version. If you are using a VPN, ad blocker, or antivirus with web protection, disable it briefly and test again. That often fixes the white screen issue.
If it still happens, the best option is to open a support ticket and include your DVDFab version and the services that show the white screen.
