unable to Download Premium & Rent movies

Please Can anybody help me out. I purchased Fandango at Home (lifetime) License with the understanding that you would be able to download the premium and rental movies. when I select a title to download i get message “failed to Analyze” i ’m able to download the free movies with no issues. even when i did not have the purchased “lifetime” License. i did a clear history, cookies and temp folder on Streamfab and did not solve the issue. still fails to analyze the new releases and rent movie.

I have never purchased anything on Fandango, wish I could help.
Last I knew, those who did can download all purchased items.
And if purchased in 4K they can download in 4K.

Can’t say for sure, but maybe a log will help? Delete current streamfab.log and then go to an item that you know won’t work, let it go till errors out and attach the log.

Never rented anything to download, but am able to download my purchases.

I’ve gotten “Failed to Analyze” on two 3D titles (Hannah Montana and Jonas Brothers 3D concerts ), which were the main things I purchased Streamfab for as these will likely never be on physical media. Other 3D titles have downloaded fine in side by side format. Have not yet tried any 4k movies.

If some do download and some don’t might be something with the items that don’t download.
