Streamfab’s support said they should have new release / update a couple of days ago but they still haven’t put out anything. It was working fine the first few days when I bought a license week, then I got this error. It’s been several days now…

I’m still getting the same prompt (“Update your browser” / “Looks like you’re using an old version of a web browser.”)

Unfortunately if uninstalling and installing don’t work, and clear temp folder also don’t work, then need to wait till SF developer releases new Mac version, last version was on January 9, 2026.
Windows version just got an update for the browser on Friday,

Stan001 Thank you! I’ve tried all of them, but unfortunately none worked. I also tried using a Windows emulator to test if there’d be any difference (since there are free trial downloads available - my license is only for Mac), but the same issue persisted when I tried it. That said, it’s not entirely reliable since it’s just an emulator. Fingers crossed they release an update soon. 🙁

I suspect it will be released a little later
because the Win version still needs a fix (info in post 12 here)

That’s precisely why it doesn’t make sense to release both versions simultaneously ..
.. otherwise, two versions would have to be fixed now.
