Copy to 3D SBS widths not consistent and black bar appears in the middle

Unfortunately I’m having to rerip my collection after pooching my NAS but the typical 3D copy process I follow isn’t behaving and I’ve only just noticed after doing several titles.

I’m using the bluray copy feature to convert 3D titles to 3D SBS but the left and right segments are not always of equal width with a black bar appearing in the middle that varies in width between scenes (annoyingly it starts of fine with no split mismatch so I’ve been merrily ripping titles for a couples of months now not realising).

I can’t find any features for managing the SBS settings in DVDFab 13
