Infinite Download Loop Issue with Amazon Service – Videos Never Finish

Hi everyone,
I’m experiencing a really frustrating problem with the software when trying to download videos from the Amazon service. Some videos get stuck in an infinite download loop – the progress bar keeps spinning or filling endlessly, but the download never actually completes. It just hangs there forever.
I’ve already followed all the recommended troubleshooting steps:

Completely uninstalled the software (including deleting leftover files and registry entries)
Performed a clean reinstall
Tried different videos from the same service
Restarted my computer multiple times

Unfortunately, the issue persists exactly the same way. It’s extremely annoying because it makes the software unusable for Amazon content, even though it works fine for other services.
Has anyone else run into this? Is there a known bug or workaround? I’d really appreciate any help or if the devs could look into it.

Maybe include a log and one title?
Are you using a VPN?
What location?

Could be edge CDN issue, your DNS timing out, VPN/IP blocked or captured/quashed, locale having issues, etc.
As FYI, I just now downloaded an 80s crime movie with WDafoe, and latest ep of a popular Prime scifi series with no issues.
US/NoVPN/FulllegalUHDaccount.

Thanks for the helpful posts in this forum – they’ve guided me through troubleshooting the authentication and region mismatches for Amazon Prime downloads.
I was encountering these critical errors in my log:
Critical: [CWV.Amazon] No Xray ServiceToken! (appears twice)
Critical: [DC.Amazon] SelectSubtitleStream failed
After adjusting the Amazon region in settings and deleting the cache, I managed to resolve the issue – downloads are now completing without hanging at 99%.
Here’s a quick snippet from the log for reference:
