Using current Streamfab on win 11 and current on updates. This also happens on both my laptop and home computer same current setting and updates. My issue is on Paramount+. I can download FBI in 720P or 1080P just fine but shows like Lioness, Tusa King, NCIS only downloads in 540P and in the settings on streamfab I have used best available and 720 for my choice of resolution. @"Chameleon"#p476137 Tulsa King.s01e01 was released in Nov. 2022 - long before the problem arose in Aug 2025 .. .. earlier release titles (those that aren't re-encoded) also work for me everywhere in 1080p.

Wilson.Wang Thanks for confirming, I figured that was the case. But my real question is, if a TV series season one is 1080P and season two is 2160P, how do I get season two in 2160P? The problem is I can only analyze S1E1. Is there a way to analyze season two?

i get only h264, audio 195kb and 1080p with premium account in germany.

I also confirm that Landman season two is only 1080p,
while Prime shows it in 4K SDR.

Wilson.Wang I have managed to get 1 thing in 4k so far. Most of the time it will act like 4k is an option and give me 1080 still, but at least one Star Trek movie was actually in 4k.

I’m new to StreamFab and downloaded Tulsa King from Paramount Plus after the latest update (⅖/26). Playback has frequent very brief pauses, resulting in a skipping type of playback. Any help would be appreciated.
