Streamfab 7: CANAL+ (Apple TV programs)

Hi,

I downloaded the series “Monarch” yesterday and realized while watching it that the audio description was included with the audio (and I couldn’t remove it).
However, when recording in Streamfab, the option to remove the description isn’t available (only English and French).
Looking at my recently downloaded series, I noticed that only Apple TV shows have this problem (for example, “Hijack” season 2).

Audio format tested! Atmos - EAC - AAC
No choice to record the audio without the description (like Netflix, Disney, Paramount….)
Another unavailable option is forced subtitles.

It depends on CANAL+, sometimes they include it, sometimes they don’t.

However, you should always start with the basics… Do you have a CANAL+ account?
If you did, you wouldn’t have written that…

does the video have both regular audio and decryptive audio or is it just the decryptive audio ??
