Howdy… still getting the dread
Failure accessing music information. please check your network connection or contact us for help error.
Cleared temp/cache folder; did reinstall Win11/X64 as admin (usual practice). Re-login to Prime. Also tried the old trick of first playing some music on the desktop prime music app to “bless” my PC/IP/locale. Logged out of all other Prime apps on all other PCs, AppleTV4K, etc.
Did not attach log, as this is a repeating, common issue, and nothing new, but super annoying.
