SFTEAM is aware of YouTube issues, and they should be addressed in the next Windows SF update.
Netflix is working for me. (Meaning it works on Windows; I have no access to Mac version.)
If it is the Mac version, contact support. (https://streamfab.com/contact.htm)
So if it is Windows, it would require those who have issues with Netflix to name the show(s) or movie(s).
And, with SF closed, delete the current streamfab.log and then open SF and go to the movie or show, get to where it fails or errors, close SF, and attach the log here in the community, in a post.
Then logs can be examined, and the show or movie can be tested by others.
Another thing with Netflix is that if it were widespread, there would be more posts about issues with Netflix.

Just saying it doesn’t work or fails; can’t get it fixed.
Read about using it doesn’t work: https://www.cs.utexas.edu/~theksong/posts/quick-tips/2023-12-18-doesnt-work/

Also, users are NOT posting the item that causes the issue or including logs.
This is closed; go to https://forum.dvdfab.cn/d/471014 for Netflix, but without logs and the video link(s) that cause issues, this cannot be addressed or fixed.
