Hi.
I have a Windows 11 Laptop that fully supports Dolby Vision, both on internal display as well as with Dolby Vision external displays. Other PCs I have also support Dolby Vision. This support is becoming increasingly common on Windows PCs.
Currently, the only software players that support Dolby Vision are:
Windows Media Player (latest not legacy)
Windows Movies & TV App
Energy Media Player (from Microsoft Store)
These all support Dolby Vision because they are based on Microsoft Media Foundation API (as opposed to DirectX, for example).
Please consider providing Dolby Vision support. I would be willing to pay additional for an add-on module if required.
